We spent a couple of nights at the Palace hotel in Buxton. The hotel was expensive and not worth it and the weather was awful. We enjoyed 'Veronique at the Opera House though and the weather was improving on the Sunday. So, we visited Chatsworth on the way home.
Videos are not permitted inside the house. The grounds are extensive and well worth a walk round.
